Juvenile leopard geckos travelling places safely

This blog tells you about keeping your leopard gecko safe while travelling!

1- Make sure you have a secure container to put your leopard gecko into when you go places. Put sphagnum moss or paper tissues in the bottom of your container. You may want to put his favorite hide too.

2- Make sure the distance isn't too far to avoid stressing the gecko.

3- Make sure the temperature is not too hot or not too cold for your gecko, they don't like big changes in temperature.

“our leopard gecko need to be big enough and old enough to be taken places e.g.: school, work, etc.

4- If you are showing your leopard gecko to other people, make sure they don't get too noisy and only a few persons at the time not to scare your gecko.

5- Other people might want to hold him, it's probably a better idea to have someone he knows really well showing him around...remember, clean hands.

On the 24th of May 2019, Snoozy is coming to school (One Tree Point school). If you decide to bring your gecko to school, work or other places, make sure that the gecko is in a quiet space and that a little amount of people come at a time in the room.
