Usually every 3-4 weeks, but it really depends on how quickly they grow. Our Snoozy shed twice within a couple of weeks once.
Roughly 2 weeks. But it really depends on how quickly he adapts to his new environment. If he comes about and look curious before then, it's probably ok to gently start taming him.
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
